Soap Workshop

$100.00

Learn how to make cold process goat milk soap from scratch. Pay for your workshop here to register for the class! We’ll send out an email with additional information before the workshop. Workshop fee includes one batch of unscented soap which will cut to approximately 24, 110g bars. Colours and toppings (flower petals, mica, etc) are included.

Where: 4265 Waverley Street

Time: Workshops take around 3 hours.

If you want to scent your soap, you will also need 60 mls of essential oils which you may purchase at wholesale price from Aurora Farm or visit Hollow Reed Holistic, Vita Health, A1 Nutrition on Pembina, or bring your own. An email will be sent out shortly before the workshop with our current list of essential oils or reach out if you’d like a specific scent and we will confirm if we have it.

Soaps will be made during the workshop, but need to be cut the following day after they’ve set. Please make arrangements to come by the Soap Studio the next day, though if that is not possible we can arrange a pickup time when convenient.

Soaps must cure for 30 days before use.

If you have a group of 6 and would like to book your own private workshop on a different date, reach out to us at info@aurorafarm.ca

Workshop Refund Policy:

Aurora Farm reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low registration. You will be notified of cancellation 48 hours prior to the workshop and a full refund will be made. Due to the location of the farm and studio, we also reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to poor weather affecting the roads – we will attempt to reschedule the class or will give a full refund if this occurs.

You may elect to withdraw from a workshop up to 1 week before the workshop and either reschedule or receive a refund.

Cancellation requests or requests to transfer the value of a registration to another workshop that are received after this date jeopardize the viability of the workshop and therefore cannot be accommodated.
