You asked for it! Goat and Alpaca Yoga Classes!

In May-June, join us for a unique way to experience the relaxation, flexibility and strength of yoga with the joy of spending quality time with our friendly and smart animal friends. We will be offering two classes. Bring a blanket that you don’t mind laying on the ground, your yoga mats and sensible footwear. We will be outside in the pasture or in the arena in case of bad weather.

FREE Family Yoga Day on May 14th Mother’s Day at 1pm
Family Yoga will continue every Sunday for 6 Sundays with a drop-in fee of $10 or $20/family
Great for all ages and all levels of yoga practice. Come enjoy connecting with our loving and personable animals while raising your family’s consciousness and energy levels. This is a great way to follow the progress of our mom’s and baby goats.

Every Friday for 5 Fridays, from May 19th to June 16th Yin Yang Fusion Yoga. Holly Pluchinski
$15 per session or $50 for all five sessions.
Yin-yang fusion yoga: The first half of the class is a vinyasa flow style. Poses are strength and cardio based as each posed is linked with breath. There’s the additional fun in concentration while balancing as goats play around! The last half of class is a yin style. Poses are mostly seated or lying down with each pose held for longer periods of time in order to allow for a deeper stretch. This relaxed energy is a perfect time to pet or snuggle with a goat.

As for a brief bio: Holly is the owner of Kayfabe Yoga which specializes in teaching people yoga at home. When not practicing, studying, or teaching yoga, Holly is spending time with her partner and 3 senior dogs.
